How do I make payment?
We accept payment through paypal, and if you would prefer you can also make payment by cheque or postal order, please be aware that if you do so your order may take a little longer to reach you.
Returns?
If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 30 days, unused and in it's original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a refund, this will exclude any postage, packaging and insurance costs that were incurred during the original order.
We always advise that you contact us prior to returning an item so that we can be aware it is being returned and easily match the return with your order. This will ensure that your refund is dealt with promptly.
Don't worry if you pick something we don't have at that moment, we won't hold up the rest of your order. All the in-stock items you have chosen will be sent out as normal and as soon as your chosen item is back in stock we will send that along too. We will notify you when the out-of-stock item is dispatched.
Our normal postage pricing policy for the UK is
All orders have a maximum of £3.50 for normal delivery.
proof of postage will be obtained and refunds will only be made after the PO investigation.
Recorded Signed for is the above plus 75p,
and next day delivery is plus £4.20.
European postage pricing
All orders have a maximum of £5.00 for normal delivery.

Rest of the World Postage pricing
All orders have a maximum of £6.00 for normal delivery.
